How LULYGraphics handles account, contact, order and payment-related information used to operate the studio and client portal.
We collect information needed to operate the service, including name, email, optional Discord username, account information, order briefs, reference links, messages, order history, delivery information, payment status and basic site/account activity.
We use this information to create and manage accounts, review briefs, provide quotes, process and verify orders, communicate about revisions and delivery, provide support, protect the service and keep records of completed work.
Project files, briefs and final work may be stored as part of the order record. Portfolio use of completed commissioned work is governed by the Terms and any written exception agreed for the specific order. Private or embargoed project handling should be requested before payment.
Reference or delivery materials may be provided through external links. Only submit materials you are authorized to share with the LULYGraphics team. Avoid sending passwords, private access tokens or unrelated sensitive information through the brief or contact form.
LULYGraphics may store order amounts, payment method, invoice references and payment status. Raw card details are not intended to be collected or stored by the normal LULYGraphics forms; online card or wallet details are handled by the relevant payment provider.
We may use providers for hosting, CDN/security, backend infrastructure, email, file delivery, analytics and payment processing. Those providers may process the limited information required to provide their service and are subject to their own privacy and security terms.
The site may use cookies or browser storage for login sessions, account state, preferences, security and functional preview/fallback behavior. Where consent is legally required for non-essential tracking, it should be obtained before that tracking is enabled.
Account and order records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to deliver work, provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed should be removed or anonymized where practical.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required for contracts, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts and order data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account or delivery links have been compromised.
Some service providers may process data in countries different from the client’s location. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for those transfers.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@lulygraphics.com or through the Contact page with the subject marked Privacy. We may need to verify the requester before changing or deleting account or order records.
